Always. We roast to order, which means your beans aren’t sitting in a warehouse aging like some old government file marked “Top Secret.”
Yes, absolutely. All product images are taken from real batches we roast and pack ourselves. While coffee is a natural product and some variation may occur, the roast level and packaging will match what you see online.
You will receive your receipt by email immediately after placing your order. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to view your order history and receipts at any time.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we typically do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., damaged package or wrong item), please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Yes! Our coffees are roasted in small batches, so items may go out of stock temporarily. We usually restock within a few days. Feel free to sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us directly.
We currently ship all over the USA.
We accept all the usual suspects — credit cards, ACH transfers, and other standard business payment methods. Sorry, no alien currency… yet.
Yes — including Smithsonian Bird Friendly®, organic, and other specialty certifications depending on the bean. Some of our coffees even have more credentials than a Men in Black agent.
