However, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. b. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

   1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please contact our customer service within five (5) days of receiving your order for assistance.
